Shawn did an outstanding job on the two bedrooms in the home that I had rented for over three years. The tenants left the carpet in rough shape after over three years of neglect. Shawn showed up on time and was done in less than two hours. Will use him again for any future carpet cleaning.

My carpet was extremely dirty. Shawn arrived promptly at 8 AM. He placed tab under the feet of my furniture & really took his time cleaning my carpet. It took about 45 minutes and it was the BEST job anyone had ever done on my carpet. It looks NEW again. I must say he did a SUPERB job & never tried to charge more than the quoted price nor attempt to upsell me by adding deorderizers or stain protectors. If you need a good carpet cleaning guy; call Shawn Graham!!!!

Shawn was great to work with. He responded to my request immediately and was able to do the work right away. I had some pet stains and odors I thought I'd never get rid of, but by the time he left the carpets looked and smelled new. I will definitely work with the Shawn again.

The carpet in the front bedroom of this move-in was an absolute pet-stain/odor disaster. Shawn was there on time, more than reasonable on pricing-- and the results were astounding. Did not think that carpet could be saved but he did it!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently completed a carpet cleaning certification class and a water restoration certification class, giving by the governing body of carpet cleaning and restoration the IICRC.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I am available to clean carpets of any kind, I also specialize in spot removal and pet odor removal. I can also have a full line of deodorizers to make your house smell however you want.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The cheapest price is not always the way to go.
