- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note that our service is offered at a flat rate of $80 per hour, with a minimum booking of one hour. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments following the first hour. During your appointment, we can address computer repair, operating system reinstallation, troubleshooting performance issues, provide training, and respond to any questions you may have. There are no additional travel charges or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will initiate communication through Thumbtack, followed by a text message. If there is no response via text after a few hours, we will attempt to contact you directly by phone. Subsequently, we will clarify your computer concerns or requirements to determine if our services are a suitable match. Should we proceed with scheduling an appointment, we will request your full name, email address, phone number, and physical address.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I successfully completed a credited course in computer repair and networking in Lincoln, RI. I hold several professional certifications, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Linux+, and Microsoft Certified Professional. With nine years of corporate-level help desk experience at multiple Fortune 500 companies, I have developed strong technical expertise. Additionally, I am self-taught in computer repair, computer building, and the use of various computer applications.
