Hi Margie . Sounds like you may have been misinformed since you were not there at the time of the repair . The icemaker repair is complete. Your husband asked me to order the icemaker bucket since it he accidentally melted the front cover piece . Once your icemaker bucket arrives, I will have it drop shipped to your address so that you could slide it into place. I suggested to your husband that your icemaker should be off until the bucket arrives just so there will not be ice cubes everywhere when it does cycle
Upon installing your icemaker, I did cycle it to make sure it did cycle and fill . At this point all that is needed is the bucket to be in place and you should be all set without a return visit.

I hired this plumber to check out an issue with my dishwasher. He came once, collected a $50 deposit with the promise it would go toward the repair, and then completely vanished. Every single day, he claimed he’d be back—only to no-show, over and over, with excuse after excuse.
This dragged on far longer than it should have. Not only did he waste my time, but he also took my money and never delivered anything. No fix, no refund, no accountability.
This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly caution anyone against hiring him—there are too many professionals out there who actually do what they say they will.
