- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually do daily rate for short but complex projects that is less than a week. (Most popular) For simple one day tasks we have flat rate pricing available. (More urgent and quick ) If you want industry standard per sqft, we can do that too. Only available for full remodel projects. (1 month + projects)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quote via phone/pictures, onsite verification, budget, timelines, and payment schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbing at North Grafton Job Corps, Universal Technician III in the military, OSHA and safety training from military, Hands on experience under multiple General Contractors for over 10 years.
