Linvest Properties is outstanding on all accounts. We needed a first floor room and handicap bathroom. They promptly replied to our initial call, scoped out the job and provided a quote in an extremely timely manner. Working with them on the plans was a great, easy experience. Excellent communication. Outstanding and knowledgeable contractor, each portion of the job was done in a timely manner and completed with perfection and owner approval. They were mindful of our family and kept the job site clean as they completed each portion.
