Peter and his team tackled the task with expertise and sheer dedication. When Peter discovered a structural issue, he promptly brought it to our attention and then addressed it with great mastery.Additionally, the designer Janice worked tirelessly to procure the cabinets of our choice among other things. Her positive, upbeat demeanor coupled with her knowledge of the products played a vital role in the flow of the project.Finally, Peter's honesty, integrity and his many years of experience makes him an invaluable asset to any project. Linvest Properties is outstanding on all accounts. We needed a first floor room and handicap bathroom. They promptly replied to our initial call, scoped out the job and provided a quote in an extremely timely manner. Working with them on the plans was a great, easy experience. Excellent communication. Outstanding and knowledgeable contractor, each portion of the job was done in a timely manner and completed with perfection and owner approval. They were mindful of our family and kept the job site clean as they completed each portion.
