I hired Charlotte to plan a birthday party for about 50 people and she did an outstanding job! She covered all the small details that made our event special and did a great job communicating progress as the event day approached. All of the professionals she hired to work the party (caterer, bartender and magician) were top notch and added to the hi-end feel of the event. The magician she hired was incredibly good and the talk of the party for days afterwards.
I can't say enough about Charlotte's work and recommend her highly for any party planning events. She's a pleasure to work with.

Charlotte helped organize my wedding rehearsal dinner. I wanted something casual where my family and bridal party could relax before the big day, eat some pizza and drink some cold beverages. Low key. Charlotte managed to help do that but also classed it up, adding a few simple but special touches that made the evening more awesome. She set up the tables with simple brown paper designs and flowers, she had setup some pictures of me and my then future husband on a table with a plate for everyone to sign and leave us good wishes, she had cute mad lib games for everyone to fill out and make us laugh. It was really well done and really sweet. Charlotte knows what she's doing with regard to planning events at any level, big or small, and she surely will make it better than you could have imagined.

Charlotte is absolutely wonderful as an event planner. I am a floral designer and love working with her. She is pleasant to work with and never misses a detail. Her follow-up is impeccable. She is the one to call when you just can't do it by yourself!

I hired Eventive to help organize a surprise 50th birthday for my wife. As I travel on business a lot, its very hard for me to coordinate an event, let alone a surprise party with 75 attendees. Charlotte took care of everything: the decorations, the invites, the catering
you name it! She was even available on the day- coordinating and making sure everything went smoothly so that I could spend time with my wife and our guests enjoying myself too! I couldnt have pulled it off without Charlottes help and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for an event planner. She was very easy to work with, understood my expectations, and was thoroughly professional.

Charlotte hired me to cater her function on Saturday and it was a pleasure to work with someone who is detailed oriented.
