- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a flat fee at the beginning of the project, so that our clients feel comfortable knowing there won't be any surprises later. The flat fee will depend on the scope of work that is needed for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a full service studio, we guide you through each step of the process from design through completion. We start with an initial discovery meeting at your home, where we take measurements and discuss the scope of work. Our residential design process typically progresses via three phases: Phase 1: Design Development: we propose a design via various mediums, such as space plans, mood boards, detailed drawings, 3D renderings, etc. Phase 2: Procurement: we draft construction drawings, hire contractors, order and track finishes, shop with you at showrooms, source finish samples, etc. Phase 3: Staging and Installation: we oversee the installations, manage various trades, and setup your space(s) to create a turn-key execution, ready for you to live in!
