- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a flat fee at the beginning of the project, so that our clients feel comfortable knowing there won't be any surprises later. The flat fee will depend on the scope of work that is needed for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer FULL SERVICE (phases 1-3), individual, or a combination of any of the following phases for both residential and commercial projects: Phase 1: Design Development: we propose designs via various mediums, such as space plans, mood boards, detailed construction plans, 3D renderings, etc. Phase 2: Procurement: we shop with you at showrooms, gather laborer estimates, order and track finishes, etc. Phase 3: Installation and Staging: we oversee the installations, photoshoot, and stage the space(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've earned a B.S. in Interior Architecture, and trained under licensed architects and general contractors since 2008 before launching Laval Interiors, LLC in 2013.
