I can't say enough good things about Sabrina and her team! The process was seamless from begining to end. We worked with Sabrina and one of her architects, James, to design a 3,000 s.f. addition to our home in Newton. We've done renovations, however, this was our first time we doing a project of this scale - as such, we had a million questions, and to every one, the Laval team was patient and kind. We highly recommend them!

Thank YOU Sabrina! Its time for a bathroom remodel, and as someone who doesnt mind getting their hands dirty, I needed some stamped drawings for permitting. Sabrina made this happen seamlessly. She coordinated the structural engineer and the plumber, we worked together on the design, and I was able to submit to the city without issue. Hopefully, the rest of this project goes this well!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a flat fee at the beginning of the project, so that our clients feel comfortable knowing there won't be any surprises later. The flat fee will depend on the scope of work that is needed for your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer FULL SERVICE (phases 1-3), individual, or a combination of any of the following phases for both residential and commercial projects:
Phase 1: Design Development: we propose designs via various mediums, such as space plans, mood boards, detailed construction plans, 3D renderings, etc.
Phase 2: Procurement: we shop with you at showrooms, gather laborer estimates, order and track finishes, etc.
Phase 3: Installation and Staging: we oversee the installations, photoshoot, and stage the space(s).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've earned a B.S. in Interior Architecture, and trained under licensed architects and general contractors since 2008 before launching Laval Interiors, LLC in 2013.
