FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparency and providing value from the start. We always begin with a free inspection to accurately assess the scope of the project. Pricing and Deposits: The final cost is calculated based on two main factors: the project size and the materials we use. We require a deposit to begin work. This amount is dependent on the overall project size, typically ranging from 33% to 40%, but is most often 33%. Discounts: We proudly offer military discounts to active and veteran service members. We also provide referral discounts as a thank you for trusting us with your friends and family. Payment Methods: We accept Cash and Checks, which are standard in the construction industry. For convenience on larger projects, we are also set up to accept Wire Transfers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
⚙️ Typical Customer Process Initial Contact & Discussion: The customer contacts us with their project needs (e.g., roofing repair, siding installation, window replacement). We discuss the scope of work and answer any preliminary questions. Free On-Site Inspection: We schedule and perform a free, no-obligation inspection at the property to accurately assess the work required, take measurements, and identify any underlying issues. Detailed Proposal & Estimate: Based on the inspection, we provide a detailed, written proposal that includes the scope of work, material options, projected timeline, and the total cost estimate. Contract and Deposit: Once the proposal is accepted, we sign the contract, and a small deposit (typically 33% of the project cost) is collected to schedule the start date and order necessary materials. Project Execution: Our professional team completes the work according to the highest standards, keeping the customer informed of our progress throughout the construction phase. Final Walkthrough & Payment: Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction. The final balance is then paid.
