Every project is different, so our pricing is based on the property’s condition, project size, materials, access, and exact scope of work. We provide a detailed written estimate explaining what is included before work begins. If concealed damage is discovered, we discuss it with you and receive written approval before completing any additional work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a conversation about your project and schedule an on-site inspection. We take measurements and photos, evaluate the condition of the property, and explain our recommendations clearly. You will receive a detailed written estimate with the available options. Once approved, we schedule the project, protect your property, keep you updated throughout the work, complete a thorough cleanup, and perform a final walkthrough with you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is a CertainTeed Master Craftsman, and our team has extensive hands-on experience with roofing, siding, gutters, flashing, ventilation, and exterior repairs. We follow current Massachusetts building codes and manufacturer installation requirements. We are also experienced in storm-damage inspections and documenting insurance restoration projects.
