Mr. Keith Shaw was referred by one of our friends. He has been our real estate agent for two years, and we bought four condos via his services. Now, he basically handles almost all aspects of our rental business. Keith is very familiar with the local real estate and rental market. He often patiently explains the situation while we were looking into a specific opportunity and provided us all of information we requested. Most importantly, he always does what he promised he would do. He is a trusted consultant and we can really count on his advice and supports. Keith Shaw was truly outstanding. He won me over at our very first meeting which was in early December. By the end of January we were closing. I was so impressed with his work ethic (Keith went above and beyond what he was expected to do). The things that he handled and took care of made such a huge difference. This man puts his all into doing a job that he truly enjoys. When it snowed, he plowed and snow blowed the walkway; when he noticed that something needed to be repaired - he went to Home Depot, picked it up and installed it without ever being asked. Maybe I'm naive, but really, what real estate agent does that? There isn't anything that could possibly have been done to improve this house selling experience for me. It was effortless thanks to Keith Shaw.

I am the owner/manager of 110 apartments in Ayer, MA. Keith has been handling all of our rental duties for the past three years, and he's done an excellent job. We've been at or near full occupancy since he came on board. I think that his attention to details and his relaxed professionalism is what really sets him apart from other realtors I've worked with.Keith has also helped us in other areas besides just brokering our rentals; he's assisted with unit renovations, coming up with some great design ideas while working with our contractor. he also works with the tenants as a follow up, helping with any issues they may have during move-in. When it comes to paperwork, he's very meticulous. There are a lot of brokers out there who are fly-by-nights, and don't put a whole lot of effort and pride into their work.
