Super friendly and really knows the body!Apr 24, 2018Verified
What I liked most about my training with Emily is how detailed and focused she is. She puts high value on doing an exercise in the correct position as to maximize the benefits from the workout and avoid injury. I felt like I could workout on my own with some results but working with Emily kicked my workout into high gear so that I felt and saw results faster. Now I can do my routine in the right formation and stear clear of any pain.Mar 9, 2018
Emily is one of the best trainers out there! She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. When I first found her, she had me set long term and short term fitness/health goals and made sure I did not slack on them. She held me accountable and doesn't put up with any excuses, (which is something you want in a trainer, trust me!) I was originally 150 pounds and my goal weight was 135, I can officially say that I have not only reached my goal but ALSO maintained the weight. Emily knows her stuff, she is very educated about the human body and personal training. She also has her yoga certification, which also helped during training because she helped improve my flexibility. If anyone is looking for a personal trainer/yoga instructor, this is the gal to go to. She is also quick to respond and is punctual. I would definitely 100% recommend her to anyone, she is FABULOUS. :)Mar 12, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Your first two sessions are $70 per (60 minute) session. After that pricing depends on frequency and size of package purchased. I always try to work with you to create the best scenario for your budget AND your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first step is to do a free assessment session so we can get to know each other and I can get a feel for your goals moving forward. We decide if it would be a good fit to work together and then schedule your first official session.
