Scott and his team have been instrumental in my success. He is responsive, dependable, insightful, and has strong business acumen in the client's best interest. Two and a half years ago when I left the Boston area, I could no longer active manage my apartments from a distance. I met with Scott and he asked about my short term and long term priorities, and developed a plan with my buy in around those priorities. We've done a $35K renovation recently that he led, to great success, enabling increased rents and reduced vacancies. His costs are very reasonable for the returns I'm getting. I've had low vacancies, market to slightly above market rents, and he's insulated me from day-to-day actions needed to keep tenants satisfied. He leverages a large network of vendors for high quality work at below market costs. The biggest takeaway beyond value is that I trust Scott, even when I'm living thousands of miles away. I strongly recommend Scott for both tenant and landlord satisfaction.
