I just sold a long-standing successful organic restaurant that I ran for 15 years. I specialize in healthy but delicious food with a conscious awareness of where the food comes from. To the dining community, Joan Dahl-Lussier was the owner and proprietor of the her own restaurant for more than a decade, with many years of experience in organic, fresh culinary artistry! She insists on only fresh, organic and local ingredients, using fresh grown herbs and spices to season her mouth-watering entrees. Her homemade baked goods are unparalleled, bringing the best of sweet and healthy to the breakfast pastry and bread choices. However, her crowning achievement in my opinion is her ability to create a new and fresh menu of specials every week. She is not afraid to try new things in the test kitchen and work the recipe until it is just perfect, blending ingredients that the average cook would never entertain combining. These mouthwatering dishes are an exciting surprise and never disappointing! Joan is an expert organic culinary genius and gets FIVE stars from me!!

Joan was an AMAZING business owner who was an AMAZING Cook. She even took the time and energy to learn how to make Gluten free foods and was amazing and made all of her food with love which I believe is one of the reasons why all her food was amazing and why she had regular customers on a regular basis.
