- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weddings range from $500 to $2000. Parties & Events are from $50 to $125 an hour. Call me for details!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go every other year to the annual DJ Times 4 day event in Atlantic City New Jersey for dj training and updates. This field changes all the time! Up-lighting was the new thing 4 years ago. Now it's the photo booths that is hot! I hope to have one in a year or so.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 14 years old, my best friend came up with this idea on how we could make $100 for just playing music for people for 4 hours. I said "wow, a hundred dollars?" Really? He introduced me to a dj, I bought used equipment, I borrowed records, and we had our first job (my best friend & I) at 17 years old. We soon split up and I stayed with djing and my friend went into car stereo installation. I always invested half of what I made back into the business...and kept growing.....to this day!
