Deivson and crew replaced a carpet with vinyl blank floor in basement. The initial quote was fair; the scheduling was prompt; and when surprises arrived on starting the work, such as need for leveling cement, we were able to negotiate to arrive at a reasonable added cost; and, most importantly, the finished product looks great. He sent a cleaning person to wipe down any dust from the work and leave the floor shining.
