FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so we provide pricing based on the scope of work, materials, access, and site conditions. We explain the estimate clearly before work begins and discuss any requested changes before proceeding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer's goals and scheduling an on-site evaluation when needed. We review the scope, provide an estimate, agree on scheduling and materials, complete the work with clear communication, and perform a final walkthrough.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners and property owners on interior and exterior improvement projects, including roofing, remodeling, repairs, maintenance, and storm damage restoration.
