Team did a beautiful job on the work! Very appreciative. However the team that showed up was different from the person I spoke to on quote, and I got a lot of grief about the job being different than what was quoted. This is despite agreeing on a time in advance for an in-person review of the job, which this company didn’t show up for. Communications also not ideal as I frequently had to follow up only to find out team couldn’t come to quote or do the work at the times specified by them. At the end the job was done, but a bit stressful to get there.
