The Whalens from Muriel Ln in Milford here. Stopping by to tell you if you want the absolute best man to service, repair, install your hottub or pool Ben and his crew at Eventide Aquatics are the only company you need to call. My wife is a 1st grade teacher of 25 years in Boston Public Schools. Everyday she makes the 1hr and half commute into and out of Boston and as you imagine returns home utterly exhausted. Her reward in the summers is to relax and recharge listening to oldies while soaking in her HotTub. Sadly a few weeks back when summer was just kicking into gear her beloved Hot Tub died :-( Thats where the story gets so much better because Ben came to our house and saved her summer. He was prompt, courteous, took sincere time to listen and genuinely care and was so available and responsive, in fact, his demeanor was such that it felt like and old family friend had stopped by to lend a hand rather than someone I was hiring to do a job. His customer service was like a throwback to a sadly seemingly bygone era when a business owner actually cared about their customers and the service they provided them. I honestly was all but convinced customer service was dead but meeting a true professional like Ben has restored my faith that there are still men out there that truly care for their customers. He made sure we were happy down to every detail even stopping by the house to do one final inspection of his fine work just to make sure we were completely satisfied and had no unanswered questions or concerns. Our family gives Ben the highest endorsement and recommendation. We feel so blessed to have found him. Imagine how different my wife's summer would have been if the hottub sat empty for a month. Instead thanks to Ben and his passion and dedication my Wife was able to receive her well earned reward and enjoy rejuvenating and relaxing in her hot tub this summer with the new school year right around the corner now she will be ready to keep changing the lives of her 1st graders one child at a time. Thank you Ben for taking time to learn our story and demonstrating that you truly care through your tireless, dedicated passionate work. Your work truly makes a difference! :-)

My hottub although relatively new, was not initially set up for success. There were issues with using my well water, making general operations challenging in terms of maintenance which affected use. Ben, was great. He was able to restore my tub to new again and provided tips for future use as well. I liked that this is a family business. Working with Ben was straight forward and easy. He made good on his promises, communicated clearly, showed up on time and did a nice job closing our pool for the winter. Plan to ask him back to help us open our pool in Spring.

We have traveled internationally to install therapy pools for hospitals and training facilities. A trip pre covid to Shanghai (for pools!) was most memorable, would be glad to share in person.
