Within an hour of our calling, a technician was at our home. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and kept in contact with us over the next few days, keeping us updated. It was a bad day two appliances died at once. The snow storm was bad enough that the guys had to come in through the garage, nothing but high prase for their work. They explained everything prior to starting the work

He came over an hour and a half after I called, and another hour and a half later, the dryer was working, and he performed maintenance on it too. I ended the day with a working dryer, and that is the best case scenario.

They got here quickly figured out what was wrong quickly ordered a part and had everything fixed within 24 hours. It would’ve been faster if they had the part in stock which wasn’t their fault. They even rebalanced the machine at no additional cost. They offer multiple ways to pay and a quick and thorough job is always appreciated.
