- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work. We typically charge $75 per hour ($100 for the first hour), with most jobs quoted as a flat estimate once details are confirmed. There are no hidden fees. Pricing may vary based on: Size and complexity of the project Number of items to assemble or install Accessibility (stairs, tight spaces, parking, etc.) For larger jobs, we’re happy to provide a discounted bundled rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and efficient. Initial request – You send details about the project (items, photos, location, preferred timing). Review & estimate – We review the information and provide a clear estimate or price range. Scheduling – Once approved, we confirm the date and arrival window. On-site service – We arrive on time, protect the space, and complete the work professionally and safely. Final walkthrough & payment – We review the work with you, answer any questions, and finalize payment. Clear communication is maintained throughout, and there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong technical background combined with hands-on professional experience in furniture assembly, cabinetry, and installation work. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, which support my analytical approach, precision, and attention to detail. In addition to formal education, my training comes from: Years of hands-on installation experience (furniture, cabinetry, built-ins, and wall-mounted systems) Manufacturer-specific installation standards (including European cabinetry and hardware) Safety-focused work practices, including proper anchoring, leveling, and load distribution Ongoing learning through industry guidelines and professional installation methods This combination of technical education and real-world experience allows me to deliver accurate, safe, and high-quality results on every project.
