FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do try to maintain at a standard rate for the majority of the work that we do in general, and consider what the most competitive price would be. For example, when mounting a TV vs. installing new hardwood floors, we may adjust the rate for what makes the most sense. The best approach would be to connect with us directly, so that we can make an evaluation that is tapered to the scope of each specific project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
