fred was very professional. identified the problem quickly. His fee was very reasonable and so was the repair quote. however, we opted to buy a new appliance. we would hire him again.

We manage different STR and as you can imagine if an appliance is broke we need a fast response. Fred is very quick answering, does a very detailed diagnosis of what’s going on and is honest to inform if it’s something that can be repaired or it’s better to replace!

Great experience! My washer died but while here helped me fix a noisy dishwasher and stayed to ensure it was working properly. Very thorough. Also received some maintenance tips. Highly recommend and would call again with my next appliance issue.

Fred came looked at the job, ordered the part,I gave him a check for half the amount, and we are waiting for it to come in, then he will let me know what day and time he will be at my house to do the repair!
