Upfront pricing, qualified service technicians show up in a lettered fully equipped vehicle ready to solve the plumbing, heating, cooling, and/or electrical problems. The problems will be diagnosed, findings documented, and solutions provided for repair or replacement for approval before the work begins. Foot coverings and work mats are provided for cleanliness. Work will be performed in a quiet, timely manner. And service after the sale is considered to be part of the job and good customer relations

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not work by the hour, we work by the job. Our pricing is done on the spot during a site visit with a written cost for each item. This is called Flat Rate or Up Front pricing. It is beneficial for the customer as they know all the prices up front with no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HomeWiz stays on top of industry news and developments. We get continued education on new products to the market. We continuously rain in our training facility.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love making people happy. Electrical service allows me to provide that service. I also, like the technical side of being an electrician. Witnessing a job well done is something to be proud of.
