I trained with Clifton for 2 years. He worked me hard and taught me so much along the way. He was always professional but what made me keep coming back was his personal attention to my needs. I had some previous injuries and was working on very specific goals. This was not a cookie cutter workout. He adjusted workouts to suit my age and my capability. Most importantly he gave me the tools to do this on my own. I continue to exercise on a regular basis and my knees are in the best shape they have been in many years. Clifton concentrates on form and each person's capability. I highly recommend him as a trainer and a professional

I trained with Clif for over a year--he planned carefully and executed well. He was prepared and delivered with a smile, and I got great results. He was a pleasure to be around--organized, motivational and knowledgeable and a terrific sense of humor. A very effective trainer, and strongly recommended.

Cliff was one of the most motivational trainers I have come across. He was good at pushing you to do just that much more. Cliff I wish you great success in your new venture.
