After enduring a very yucky summer last year without air conditioning, we decided to replace our oil heating with a heat-pump minisplit system this year. Ecowave did an excellent job for us at a competitive price!Alejo customized a solution for our house and walked us through the HEAT loan process, and the project was done in no time. In addition to the HVAC, the team also replaced our water heater with an electric model and added much-needed lighting to our basement. I cannot say enough good things about Alejo's responsiveness, enthusiasm, and professionalism.So much of the bad news in the world today has to do with reliance on oil. I am very glad to be free of oil, and I am grateful to Ecowave for making it happen!

Alejo and his team made the experience of getting a heat pump installed 100% seemless. We had an outstanding experience working with EcowaveUS for our heat pump installation. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, communicative, and clearly takes a lot of pride in their work.Alejo, the owner, worked with us during the planning and sales process and was fantastic. He completed our Manual J and helped design the system, and he was always incredibly easy to communicate with. What stood out most was how responsive he was. We never had to wait long for answers. He was honest, thoughtful, and patient while helping us think through our options, which made the whole process feel much less overwhelming.Allen and Maxwell handled the installation of the heat pumps as well as upgrading our electrical service to 200 amps, and they were equally impressive. They were super friendly, extremely clean and organized, and the quality of their work was top-notch. The installation itself looks incredibly neat and well thought out.One small detail that meant a lot to us: while upgrading the panel, they took the time to relabel the entire electrical panel with the correct rooms, outlets, and light switches. Now we actually know what every breaker controls, which is something weve never had before. It was such a thoughtful extra step and really speaks to their attention to detail.Overall, EcowaveUS LLC delivered high-quality work, excellent communication, and a very smooth experience from beginning to end. If youre considering heat pumps or energy upgrades, we would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.
