I would like to give Attorney Noa my sincere thanks for the representation and support he gave me during my disability application. My confidence was at an all time low as I was unsure if the disability system was designed for mental disability. Also, I had applied twice before on my own, and was a college educated person, so I was doubtful of a successful outcome.
