Bill and his team were amazing. We had an issue with one room not getting enough airflow. Had company after company come out and no one could figure it out. Bill figured the issue in his diagnostic visit then fixed it on the next visit. Left everything super clean, made some other suggestions on our system and explained everything. Couldnt happier with the service

This was our first time with UIC. Bill completed annual maintenance on our heat pump and checked out our 40 year old gas furnace. He explained the problems with the furnace clearly and thoroughly. I was very satisfied.

Peter was great. On time arrival, efficient use of time to undertake maintainence of our heat pump and AC. He was courtesy it selt. He explained things to us. All in all he left our equipment better than he found it. Happy to have him bavk

We've been customers of Unique Indoor Comfort, now associated with Ace Hardware, for five or so years. They literally saved us from a very poorly installed HVAC system that didn't work. It took 12 hours but they finally figured out and repaired the faulty pipe connections the first company did. They earned our trust and we hired them to install our high-velocity A/C system the following spring.We met Peter today who was here doing annual maintenance on the A/C. He was delightful, friendly, courteous, and swift in a good way. We gladly welcome him again this fall for the HVAC annual maintenance. 5 stars for sure!
