Richie is fantastic! We had gutters that weren't installed properly (for 15 years!), he quickly identified the problem and gave me a reasonable quote for the fix. He communicated excellently throughout the process, came on time to do the work and always answered my questions with great follow up. I would definitely choose Richie again for any work around the house.

I contacted Ritchie from Rmc Renovations to build a TV wall unit for me. I sketched a picture with how I wanted the unit to look, including dimensions. While he was building it he periodically updated me on the project and even sent pictures to show me how it was looking. When he delivered the TV unit, it exceeded my expectations!!! It looked amazing. Ritchie had primed it for me and within a week I had painted it and brought it in my house. Everything looked great but the doors wouldn't align properly. I called Ritchie and, without any hesitation, he came back and adjusted the doors until they were perfect. Ritchie is a complete craftsman who takes pride in his work and is not satisfied until you are. I would use him again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him to anyone

I am delighted I found Richie of RMC Renovations. He showed up on time and quoted me a fair price on the spot. I had asked him to come out to fix a front stair rebuild that had gone horribly wrong with another builder. The other builder was not working in his wheel house it became clear and he left my stair project with many unresolved issues and just plain bad carpentry. I was so grateful when Richie quietly and calmly went about putting everything as right as he could get it. He really did do an amazing job in a situation where he started off with someone else’s poor work. Now our stairs are not only sturdy but good looking to boot!!!! Richie is talented, hard-working and honest. I can’t wait to hire him again.

I don’t always write reviews but we had such a phenomenal experience with Richard and the quality of his work, I couldn’t help but write a little something about our experience. We needed an external access door for the basement replaced and, off the bat, Richard was very responsive and we immediately felt a sense of trust with him. He was super patient with my many questions which I really appreciated. He also went out of his way to get a quote for a custom door from his supplier to give us an option. Because of the non-standard size of the door, he ended up custom building/designing the door and also the trim. His actual quote was very competitive and he was able to go out onsite on a Sunday to make sure he was able evaluate the project in person so there were no surprises for both of us. Above all, the quality of the door and trim that he custom designed and built for us exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond and we couldn’t have been more lucky and pleased. We are hiring him again to replace some windows and support posts. If you’re looking for a carpenter, we highly recommend Richard!

I met Ritchie when I flipped at house in Bedford, sold his mother a dishwasher and he came along to ensure she wasn't getting taken advantage of. I needed some gutter and other carpentry work. First of all, Ritchie's price was the best and then when he showed up when he said he would and finished the job in one day, I was hooked. The best part of Ritchie is man of his word and standing behind his work. There was an issue(needed a slight pitch issue fixed) and Ritchie didn't fight me on it, he came by quickly and resolved the issue, no problem. Trust is not something to be taken likely and you can trust Ritchie. I highly recommend and will use again when needed for sure.
