Brian at Net Zero was responsive, easy to work with, and very knowledgable. We needed a little additional duct work, a new furnace, and ideas for heating our extension and lower level. We had in person quotes from 5 companies, and while Brian's was not the lowest, we liked his attention to detail, his style of communication, and overall thought he was the best value.

Netzero did a fabulous job installing AC. They arrived early every day and waited until the expected start time. Drilling holes in the wall for vents normally creates such a mess, but when they left for the day , you couldn’t even tell they were there. We had some issues with our thermostat (because Nest doesn’t support dual fuel ), and Brian did a terrific job getting everything working. Our home now has AC, a heat pump, and a new thermostat
