Brian at Net Zero was responsive, easy to work with, and very knowledgable. We needed a little additional duct work, a new furnace, and ideas for heating our extension and lower level. We had in person quotes from 5 companies, and while Brian's was not the lowest, we liked his attention to detail, his style of communication, and overall thought he was the best value.

Net Zero responded to my Thumbtack request with a few time options for the following day. This expedited scheduling. Then they showed up on time and fixed issue at hand and helped with long term improvement plan.

I love working with Net Zero, they are punctual and thorough. Peter came out and explained to us what was going on, and made some suggestions on how to take care of the issue. Can't recommend highly enough!

Brian and his team fixed an ongoing problem with my a/c that I have had a lot of trouble with - he was responsive, honest, extremely knowledgeable and well priced. I am happy to have found his company and will be using them as my go-to for heating / cooling issues in future.
