Sonia is a gem both professionally and personally. She is extremely thorough cleaning under carpets and cushions as well as inside the fridge. She works hard for the entire time she is in my house. Sonia listens well to any special instructions, and only needs to be told once. Of course, she is completely trustworthy. I feel fortunate to have her clean my home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a little bit mor for the first time cleaning and one time cleaning service
Then we would set a regular pricing for weekly, Biweekly, or once a month cleaning
I don't usualy give an estimate over the phone o email because I like to meet with the potential/ future client , to a quick look at the place they mention and its good to talk to the client in person i think so you get their vibe and vise versa.

I have r 5 yeas experience working in hotel business and over 8 yeas Cleaning
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to have my own business and I had experience , working in hotel in Brazil then helped someone in The cleaning department here in the USA
