- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is pretty straight forward. If something happens financially for someone, I am willing to work with the client. Typically 24 hour cancellation notice is required or you get charged for the session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first start working with a new client I like to know everything about them including particular life events that might be impacting their focus. After we discuss that, we then dive into the fitness screening and the nutrition aspect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in exercise science and I am certified through A.C.E. in personal training with 10+ years of experience.
