Late on a Saturday afternoon my water heater stopped working. I called Emerson Mechanical Contractor to see if he could help me. I really expected to have to wait until Monday. Emerson had a prior commitment but promised me he would look at the problem on his return. Sure enough, at 7:00 on a Saturday night, leaving his sons birthday party, he showed up. Emerson thoroughly checked out the water heater assuring me that I would have hot water even if he had to install a water heater that night! He discovered that the problem was a small filter but he did not have the part so he went out to Lowes and Home Depot to find it at 8:30 PM. however neither location had the part. Emerson was at my home until 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, no suppliers were open on Sunday but bright and early Monday morning Emerson was at my door with the part! With all the time and effort, my cost was very reasonable.Great pricing , excellent service, I am now a loyal EMC, LLC. customer!
