Great guy. Very reasonable and honest. I had a leak from a window and someone was trying to get me to put in a new window. Sean told me he could seal the current window And save me money which he did. Now he’s coming back to do some deck repairs and other tasks.

Sean and his son caulked all the gaps on the cement board sidings with care. Sean also explained the importance of painting these sidings to prevent damage from the heat on the roof. They also used a ladder to install a short piece of siding on one side of the house that was blown away during one of the storms. Since we no longer have the missing piece, Sean had to cut the piece to the right size on the spot. The results are perfect! Sean guarantees his work with a free second trip if needed. We had another roof leak episode after the first fix. The second time Sean came over, he had to pry out at least 3 pieces of our roof deck plates to find the leaking source. He spent well over 2 hours all for free to do the final fix. In his own words, "a deal is a deal"! What a guy!

Sean repaired the ridge vent on my house after others came, viewed and said they would send an estimate, but never did. Sean was knowelegable and easy to talk with about the issue, and the repair was great. He arrived when he said would to perform the job and cleaned all debris before leaving. His price was good also...I was happy with the experience.
