What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule an in person meeting with new clients to discuss their project. This allows us to get a feel for their expectations, detail our process, answer any questions they may have, and obtain any measurements/details/specs needed to get an accurate estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing handyman/maintenance type of jobs with my father and cousin on weekends when I had free time in high school. For many years after high school, I worked with a friend that owned a property management business and also at a few apartment communities.
