- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
be fair with your food budget as food cost for any food service provider fluxuates all the time. Best to price it at a per person . Find someone who will accomedate you with custom food choice and not just their menus. Rember not all kids will eat what adults eat so keep them in mind in your food choices or have a separate kids menu this goes for all events not just weddings. when asking for a quote be as detailed as possible what types of dishes you want not just ( bbq americaan, or mexican). this directly effects the cost and allows us to give as close to an accurate quote as possible.
