I worked along side Irene for almost two years. I handled daily operations and customer support and, she handled billing and company financials. Irene was an outstanding employee, she showed dedication to her work and was always very professional with the staff and customers. Irene kept detailed records of customer communications and was always prepared to discus any situation. If a customer was delinquent on payment of their bills, she used the appropriate level of firmness to take care of most situations. On the rare occasion that customers would still not pay, she would try other avenues to work out the situation. Sometimes she would contact other members of the group or try to communicate with their boss. She would ask me to contact the initial purchaser and ask them to get involved. No matter what the situation, Irene is dedicated to working out any problem. When I had too many tasks that required my attention, Irene was considerate and offered to assist where she could. She took care of filing purchase receipts, procured certificates of good standing from the state Department of Revenue and the state Secretary's office for our internship program, and would help to submit for internship reimbursement. What I appreciated most about Irene, was her willingness to learn new things and improve. Even though she had not previously needed to use the ordering database for her work, she was eager to learn how to search it for information since she felt it could be useful and might increase her productivity. I would gladly work with Irene again in the future.

Irene continues to be a great asset at Affinity Builders. Irene is a very capable bookkeeper. Highly skilled in the use of Quickbooks. Always on task when it comes to managing subcontractor agreements, insurance certificates, bills, payments and lien releases. Irene also manages our end of the year reports, along with reporting to our CPA for tax filings. We love having Irene on our team.
