I had another plumbing issue with a sagging waste pipe, and he graciously addressed that as well. Again, in a matter of minutes. He did not charge extra for that, but I paid him another $50 for being so professional, and kind to go the extra mile.
I now have a new contract that I treasure, and will never call anyone else. I will refer Shane to anyone I can. He’s the best, with a rare customer based work ethic. I highly recommend Howley Plumbing & Heating!!!
