- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the size of the home and the type of cleaning required (standard, deep cleaning, or move-in/move-out). I also offer discounts for recurring services, such as weekly or biweekly cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the client’s needs and priorities. Then, I provide an estimate and a clear plan. On the day of service, we arrive on time, bring all supplies, and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed training courses in private yacht and villa services while working in the Bahamas. This gave me hands-on experience in maintaining luxury spaces with high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
