- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of each project and may be offered as either a fixed fee or an hourly rate. We provide clear proposals upfront so you know exactly what services are included and what the associated fees will be. Any additional services are always reviewed and approved before moving forward. We may not always be the least expensive option, but we pride ourselves on providing thoughtful, high-quality service to every client. Our goal is to prepare thorough, well-coordinated documentation that helps minimize change orders and avoid unnecessary delays during permitting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand the client’s goals, budget, and constraints, followed by a site visit if required. We then move through project phases appropriate to the scope, typically including schematic design and construction documentation, while coordinating closely with the client and consultants through permitting and construction.
