We contacted 5 Star Chimney to have our chimney swept for the upcoming winter season. The office was very prompt, and answered all of my questions in advance. The team that showed up were exactly on time, professional, and considerate of our home. There was much more maintenance needed than we expected. They explained everything in detail and showed pictures of what was happening. We lucked out and they had room in their schedule to complete the work at the same visit! They worked with us to understand what would be best to postpone, and potential impacts, to meet our budget considering nothing but the sweep was planned. I have already recommended them to my brother!
