FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take all of my new clients through an initial movement screen. This gives me the opportunity to see how the individual moves as well as get some early mechanical teaching in. We also discuss goals, previous injury history, and answer any questions the client may have. From there it starts with laying a foundation for the movements and progressing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After recovering from an injury during my professional baseball career I found a love for creating change in myself. My ability to do what I loved was taken away from me for a little while and I wanted to get back. I began researching different fitness programs, started reading more about the body and how it worked, and truly found everything interesting. After my baseball career ended I immersed myself in the industry. Earning 3 certifications within the first 8 months. I am dedicated to constantly continuing my education in the field, and providing a superior service to my clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide variety of clients. From professional athletes to young professionals all the way to men and women in their 70s. I strongly believe that I can make each client move, look, feel, and preform better no matter what their goals are.
