The workouts were good and I felt pushed with my running in a way I hadn't been since I was 16-17 years old. The only thing I would say that I wish were different was the lack of guidance on exercises I should've been doing when I wasn't meeting for a session with him. I'm the type of person who needs structure and to be told what to do when it comes to working out.I felt confused as to what I should be doing when I wasn't with him. After training this client for 6 sessions, this review comes as a surprise. I’m glad to see that the workouts I provided helped push Ty towards her goal, but I’m sorry to see that she felt that there was a lack of guidance, for her workouts outside of her session. She was doing really well in training, and was really learning the fundamentals of each exercise. Since we practiced and trained so often together, I advised that she should go into her gym on her own, and follow the same routine, so that she would be more and more familiar with the exercises. Looking back on our interactions, I recall giving her specific core and strength exercises to do on her own. If she would’ve asked, I would’ve provided her with more insight into the exercises I had already given her, but from what I saw when we trained she was doing what she was supposed to be doing.
Will is a super nice, likable Irish dude who is also a fantastic personal trainer. He can come to your home or you can use a small gym facility on Comm Ave. Wonderful experience overall. :)May 4, 2016Verified
