Maggie Davis Style exceeded my expectations. My family and I moved into a new home and we were looking for a clean, modern design but also a place that was functional, thats very important with kids! Maggie met our needs and beyond, all of the guests we have compliment our decor especially the lighting fixtures. She knows what she's doing and I would recommend her to anyone in need of a beautiful home!Sep 6, 2018
Maggie has a great eye and was extremely helpful with paint colors, wallpaper choices, and layout.Feb 26, 2019Verified
This is an updated review as my original rating was accidental and incomplete! I really enjoyed Maggie’s vision to renovate a small apartment into something beautiful. She took classic Back Bay bow windows and quickly turned them into something I can’t stop looking at. She also turned a boring tan couch into such a classic look with beautiful colored pillows that brought out softness and elegance that I didn’t know it could! I recently had a special visitor in my home who complimented me numerous times on how beautifully decorated my home was. ;) Thank you so much Maggie!Oct 31, 2018Verified
Maggie did a wonderful job with our bathroom and living room remodel. Her sense of style is impeccable and she’s extremely organized, professional and respectful of any budget constraints. I would highly recommend you work with her on your next project! RyanSep 30, 2018
After I moved into a new studio in Boston I had Maggie help me decorate. My main goal was for items to look high quality without spending a fortune! She made my Ikea furniture look like Mitchell Gold with just a coat of paint and some trim! This looks fab and I have already received so many compliments from friends. Best part is I didn’t even have to break the bank!Sep 5, 2018
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is flexible and is always based on the job, let's have a conversation about it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I like to start with a phone call or meet and greet to get an idea of the client and the work to be done. Second, an onsite visit of the property to be designed or re-configured Third, come up with a design plan and begin implemeting!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always LOVED decorating, but it really began when I moved into an old and out of date rental property in the North End in my twenties. I was able to transform the apartment without making any structural changes or painting (this was not permitted as it was a rental), and I was on a tight budget. The final product was beautiful. It was then that I realized I have a talent for this and I love doing it!
