I started working with Allison a little less than a year ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! After a few months of training, I could already see results! Results that I had spent years trying to achieve on my own through group fitness classes. Allison taught me how to feel confident in the gym/lifting weights. She is so down to earth and very friendly which made the experience that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Allison and I am so sad she is leaving the Boston area!

Allison is a great coach! Informative, answers every question you throw at her with clarity, and provides a plan for you for your exact needs, and helps with motivation and consistency to show real results! She helped me build confidence in the gym, knowing I won't get injured in my lifts and not get intimidated by the weight lifting side of the gym. She's great!

Allison’s value in my life has been unmatched. Her discipline, empathy, and knowledge are just a few of the things about her that have made training with her successful for me. When I started seeing Allison 3 years ago I had never stepped foot into a gym, lifted weights, and had a poor relationship with binge eating / cardio. I’ve lost 30+ lbs, gained muscle and strength, and my confidence and health are better than ever before. If you have the chance to invest in yourself and train with her.. DO IT. Thank you Allison!

Alli is unbelievable at what she does ! After having two kids my body wasn’t were I wanted it to be . Alli took her time to explain every move. I enjoyed working out again for the first time in a long time, and even better is the results I am seeing !!

When I started training with Allison, I couldn’t believe the progress I was seeing in less than 2 months.
I’ve always worked out on my own, but struggled to see any difference until I started my training with her.
She has super effective workout routines, which she also modified when I expressed uncomfort with a particular exercise. Unlike most trainers, she listened to what I wanted to achieve personally and focused on those areas. She’s super patient and sweet! Thanks Allie

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Total pricing will factor in training location and possible rental fees. I do offer discounted program packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will complete a complimentary consult session with me to discuss goals, lifestyle, general health as well as complete a basic movement screen to allow me to construct a personalized training program best fit for my client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a post-bac pre-medical track. I decided to pursue the health and wellness industry instead of attending PA school as I had a passion for movement and am drawn to preventative medicine via lifestyles changes. I worked at Equinox as a full time personal trainer for 2 years before opening my own business to freelance in 2018.
