I want to write this review so that people who are looking for a personal trainer know what a great trainer Parrish is! He designs an entire workout and meal plans for each of his clients to fit their needs and goals. He is very knowledgable about how muscles work and will give you great nutrition tips. He will kick your ass to get that ideal body shape you want. He will keep track on your work outs and give you some homework which you can do at home or at the gym by yourself. I have been training with Parrish since June of 2019. When I first started, I could barely do 5 push ups and weighed around 120LBS. I started seeing Parrish 3 times a weak and noticed an extreme difference in a short amount of time. Not only were Parrish exercises very intense and unique, but they helped build muscle and strength faster than doing regular basic strength building exercises. Since then, I have noticed muscle gains and weight gains. I am now 135LBS, and am pleased with my progress. Parrish also offers meal plans to help build muscle and lose weight which he is very good at. Overall, I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.Jan 2, 2020🅿️FIT's reply

Parrish is truly the best trainer around. He keeps me motivated and makes sure I work hard to get results. I’ve been training with him for over two years, and he’s a very knowledgeable trainer and nutritionist. He’s also a lot of fun to work out with, an added bonus. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It is normal and the industry average. I dont have a set price I am flexible. We can come to a price that best first your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Before taking on a new customer the are given a few fitness assessment to identify any muscle imbalances or pains / concerns they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I posses a bachelors degree in exercise Physiology and a Bachelor's degree in nutrition! I am NASM Certified as well as a certified nutritionist.
