Kidus has an eye, hence, taste, which is hard to filter for in photography. His eye lends him a strong imagination that enables him to lead photoshoots, taking simple client quotes to varied, creative postures, backgrounds and angles.
I'd also speak to his pursuit of quality. At the very least, Kidus will ensure, for example, symmetry, when appropriate and no bending of parallel lines.
