I’d give six stars if I could. Responded promptly to initial query, came out promptly, did a very thorough inspection, taught me a LOT, not only about the bedbugs we called him for (and turned out not to have) but also about the pests we do have. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely will be my go-to place for pest concerns. Highly recommend.

I initially contracted Dline Pest services as I believed I had bedbugs. Upon his inspection no bedbugs were discovered. It was a happy surprise. I was not charged for this. He did notice signs of mice which I was aware of. Impressed by him. I made an appt for pest control. He arrived on scheduled time. Went through the cellar then upstairs. Very congenial and responsive he went through the project in a professional manner. I would easily recommend Dline Pest services to others.

I had BedBugs and totally freaked out. Jeff came out immediately and was very reassuring. He provided me detailed information about how to prepare for treatments and what to expect. He was incredibility detailed in his inspections and answered all my questions. Best of all - he got rid of my bedbugs!!

I haven’t seen any bedbugs since he treated. Great job! I didn’t see any bedbugs before either, because I wasn’t sure if my itching was due to carpet beetles or very light bedbug problem—either way, he handled it. I DO wish he used more than HOT SHOT spray for the insecticide. He uses spray each of the three times he comes. Powder Cimexa (one of the most effective pesticides at killing bed bugs) he uses ONLY in the power outlets. He says he does this for safety but I’d rather have the powder and the spray! Two treatments of Hot Shot Spray instead of three and one of the Cimexa powder ALL AROUND the house. The steamer can only do so much.
I like that he tells you to prep. Clean clothes. Dry everything etc. It shows professionalism. You should choose him and simply tell him you want him to use Cimexa or a Cimexa like powder in ALL the crevices on the third treatment. It’s up to you. Hotshot is only suitable for 7-10 days of bedbug cycle. Cimexa kills longer, I think. I’ve done a lot of research. Also, there are spray powders he could use as well, such as Trie-Die, I think he’s trying to save money. If I had bedbugs, I hope they’d be gone. There was no evidence of them. He is very good at his job. Ask him. I may be wrong. I have researched A LOT A LOT, AND you need to take a multi-step and MULTI chemical approach, and he is only using one product. Not cool. With steaming. The steaming is fantastic!!!! He’s 4/5 stars. He got rid of the itchy things, whatever they were. Carpet beetles, we think. Their shedding gives some humans skin a reaction. It’s a little itchy still but mostly not.
