I had a great experience with the technician from Maxim HVAC. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my system. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right, not just a quick fix. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. We had no heat when our furnace stopped working. Maksym was very quick to respond and came within couple of hours, that too on a weekend. He was very professional and explained me his thought process of how he investigated the issue and we got the heat back in some time.
