Mak was outstanding working on our complex Mitsubishi mini-split system with multiple indoor units. Another technician had told us we needed to replace the entire system, but Mak took the time to thoroughly diagnose the actual problem instead of jumping to the most expensive fix. What impressed us most is that he didn’t even need to call Mitsubishi’s technical support line — he knew the system well enough to identify and resolve all the issues on his own.
