Max was there to repair our heating unit (VIESSMANN VITODENS). It was a weekend call and Max was very kind to accept and show up on time. He checked the system and did a cleaning of the condensation as well and made sure the system was functioning well. Even after the repair work, he was constantly checking to see if the unit was functioning okay for the next couple of days. He is very responsive for messages throughout the day after the repair also. Such a pleasure to meet him and I am very happy with his work.
