After a really stressful situation with my furnace, Maksym was a huge relief. He showed up calm, confident, and focused on actually understanding the problem instead of jumping to conclusions. That alone earned my trust. He took the time to explain what he was seeing, answered my questions honestly, and stayed until he was sure the system was behaving normally. I had a minor issue with my gas boiler giving no heat. Max reached out first thing in the morning and was at my house with a couple of hours. Other companies that reached out couldn’t get here for a couple of days. He looked over the unit to figure out the issue. The part that was needed was available 45 minutes away. He went right out and got the correct part and came back to the house to finish the job. He was upfront about pricing and broke down everything for me. Very professional, responsive and reasonably priced. Would recommend!
